The Crystal Lake Townhome community is located between Highway 157 and Hillandale Road in North Durham. It’s made up of 18 townhomes, many of which back up to wooded areas that offer a secluded feel even when you’re minutes from all of the conveniences that city living has to offer.
The Crystal Lake Townhomes Homeowners Association owns, manages and landscapes all common areas. It is also responsible for exterior maintenance including siding and roofing.
