Mannsfield Condominiums Pittsboro, NC

The Mannsfield Condominium community is located off Mann’s Chapel Road between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro. It is made up of eight separate structures with each divided into a duplex creating 16 units. The community includes many mature trees and is surrounded by woods. The Mannsfield Condominium Association owns, manages and landscapes all common areas. It is also responsible for the upkeep of the community’s well.
