Overview
The Oak Crest community is located off Highway 15-501 between Chapel Hill and Chatham County. It is made up of 36 homes situated on large 3-5 acre lots. The community is wooded and secluded and is very walkable for residents of all ages.
The community standards for the development are managed by the Oak Crest Homeowners Association. All Oak Crest property owners are automatically members of the Homeowners Association with dues charged quarterly.
