Overview
The Snow Hill Preserve community is located off Snow Hill Road off Highway 501 in North Durham. It is made up of 55 single family homes with sidewalks lining each of the internal streets within the development.
The community standards for the development are managed by the Snow Hill Preserve Homeowners Association. All Snow Hill Preserve property owners are automatically members of the Homeowners Association with charged monthly.
