Windermere Ridge Durham, NC

The Windermere Ridge community is located off Infinity Road in North Durham close to the Eno River. It is made up of 23 townhomes and is within easy walking distance to the River Forest City Park. The park features a picnic shelter, basketball court and athletic field.

The Windermere Ridge Homeowners Association owns, manages and landscapes all common areas. It is also responsible for the exterior maintenance of each townhome.
